Good cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. Nice view of the lake and in good weather with a view of the mountains. It tastes twice as good.

We were at the ELBSEE for the first time in an autumn mood and blue sky. Hike and guest hotel super clean. We will be back in summer but also in winter.

2. Visit to the Elbsee restaurant on Sunday noon This time we were very satisfied again. We were greeted in a friendly manner and accompanied to the table. The order of the drinks was extremely quick. Ordering the food was also very quick. Waiting time at most 10 minutes, although the restaurant was well attended. The half duck and the delicacy pan were perfect. We would love to come back.

Somewhat hidden, very quiet ambience. Friendly courteous staff. Lots of parking spaces in front of the house. Even with a charging station. The food is plentiful and the quality is very good. The price is a bit higher, but I'm happy to pay the quality. After the delicious meal, a short tour followed by coffee / cake, always a hearty experience.

A small, idyllic swimming lake with wonderful sunsets forms the setting for the Elbsee restaurant. We have eaten several times and were always courteously served. The food is excellent, especially the fish and game dishes. People like to come back here again and again.

The food is a dream. The meat is on point. The vegetables are crisp and fresh and everything is well seasoned. We will be very happy to come back

Really chic location on the lake, clean and tidy. Can be a bit crowded at times, but the service is good and the food is of consistently good quality. Most of the tables have a nice view of the lake, only the upper terrace at the playground is a bit negative. Prices are reasonable, free WiFi and if you have made a reservation (strongly recommended) you don't have to worry.

Staff was friendly. Food comes quickly. Grandma's favorite (sauerbraten, napkin dumplings, red cabbage) as indicated Homemade and very tasty. The dessert was good and really good ice cream.

The price-performance ratio is right here! There is a nice terrace but also from the interior you have a good view of the lake! There is also a nice playground! We would love to come back!

Very friendly staff, great location right on the lake. Better to reserve. During our visit (5 people with different taints) the food was solid and of good quality, but the taste was boring and hardly seasoned, and completely without garnish as carelessly as in a run-of-the-mill snack bar including ketchup bags like at McDonald's. This is not possible with the prices and the optical quality.

Service is hardly available. Despite empty tables, you are sat on the long bench and not served. The ambience is fantastic but is ruined by the lack of service. Unfortunately, can't recommend this restaurant. Not adhering to applicable regulations in times of Corona is a scandal and should not be encouraged by a visit!

Amazing food and atmosphere and a wonderful view

Very nice restaurant on a beautiful lake with a view of the mountains. Dreamlike landscape. The food is very good and plentiful, the staff super-friendly and lovable. Sanitary facilities modern and very clean. Anyone in the area should definitely go there. You can also go for a beautiful walk. Clear recommendation!

Very good and fresh food, beautiful view, clean place and friendly waiters.

The food was not worth the money, it made me a bit sick. The service was good tough. If I had to choose between this and mcdonalds I would go for the mcdonalds. Better food for a better price. (probably less fat in the food at mcdonalds too.)

Very nicely located, had a window seat overlooking the lake, allegedly also the fish is fished. Reservation is recommended. Fish was first class, terrific! Also the turkey schnitzel was delicious. Fresh salad and vegetables. On Friday, fish is day and each fish dish costs only 11.90 euros. Otherwise, price - performance is completely ok. I can only recommend!!

Beautiful place to stop by on winter, or to have swim in the summer. Food is very local, bit big portions for me and you need to take a walk after in the surrounding. It is excellent place to hike, and the views.... OMG

I love to stay here while on business in Marktoberdorf. Makes me feel like I'm on holiday while working. Great people. Great service. Wonderful experience.

Great location, good food, and friendly staff. Only reason for deducting one star is that trying to get the staffs attention when wanting to pay took a long time.
